Programs to Help You Prepare for College Success
L.E.E.P TO COLLEGE FOUNDATION, Inc. organization, creates and supports programs that directly achieve positive outcomes for underrepresented students by improving high school graduation rates and college acceptance through educational enrichment activities, internships, community engagement, leadership development and parental involvement.

For over 30 years, FGCB has helped young people realize a dream that often seemed out of reach: To be the first in their families to receive a college education.

FGCB is a community-based organization which offers youth and their families a “pipeline” of educational interventions comprising academic readiness, supportive services and guidance to achieve high school graduation, college admissions and earn a post-secondary degree.

The organization functions to address the need for “outside of school” and “college access supports” to increase the number of low-income students who graduate from high school prepared for college, enrolled in quality institutions and matriculate in four years.

Created by a grant from the U.S. Department of Education in 1997, EOC provides information and assistance to low-income, first-generation college-bound citizens in Prince George's county age 19 and older to gain admission and obtain financial aid for post-secondary education enrollment.

EOC has seen substantial growth over the last decade and now assists more than 1,000 adults per year in Enrollment or re-enrollment in post secondary education; Guidance and counseling in the post-secondary admissions process; Academic, personal, and career counseling;
Assistance with completing the FAFSA application and securing financial aid for students through various resources; and Referral to community agencies to complete GED process.

The EOC main office is located in Riverdale and maintains additional office space and staff on campus within the AAP facility
