Dear Lakesiders,

The 'Stay at Home' mandate that was set to expire Monday, April 6 has been extended by Gov. Mike DeWine to now expire on Friday, May 1.

Therefore, Lakeside offices are currently closed to the public until Monday, May 4 – including the Administration, Fountain Inn, Lakeside Chautauqua Foundation and Lakeside Chautauqua Realty (cottage rentals and home sales) Offices.

Although offices are closed to the public, our staff is continuing to carry out Lakeside’s business and is available to take calls and emails from the office or remotely between the hours of 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday (closed for lunch 12-1 p.m.).

T h e ' Stay at Home' mandate f or the entire State of Ohio also applies to Lakeside. Therefore, social distancing guidelines still apply , and Lakeside’s recreational venues are not available for use, even if you have your own equipment.

Another change in the 'Stay at Home' mandate was the requirement that people returning to Ohio from other states need to quarantine for 14 days. Therefore, Lakesiders that are returning to their Lakeside cottages must abide by this state mandate.

When considering returning to Lakeside, we encourage you to review the 'Stay at Home' mandate, which restricts non-essential travel and should be consulted before returning to your cottage.
