There are a limited number of golf carts available per course. Golf carts will be reserved on a first come first serve basis. ONE PER FAMILY. HANDICAPPED COULD TAKE PRECEDENCE.
- A photo I.D. will be required. Driver must have driver's license.

A charge of $70 will be assessed at the golf course for each day a cart is rented.
- Optimist Golf or Trump International Doral are not held liable for any accident involving the rented golf cart. Each spectator rents the golf cart at their own risk.
Important
- Spectators carts MUST remain of the golf cart paths at all times.
- Spectators are NOT allowed to carry a player or his golf bag and/or clubs.
VERY IMPORTANT - EVACUATIONS

In the case of inclement weather and play has been suspended. Spectators will be allowed to pick up golfers (no clubs or pull carts).Two or three people in the front seat is allowed, NO RIDING ON BACK OF CART. Shuttles will be out picking up golfers and family members.

Golfers must review their evacuation plan depending on the course and hole they are on. Clubs must be placed in smart boxes.
- GOLFERS MUST REPORT TO THE WHITE/GOLD BALLROOM FOR IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS. Not to their resort room.
- ONCE A GOLFER IS DROPPED OFF AT CLUBHOUSE, park your cart in the staging area. Leave the key in the cart in case staff needs to move it.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Once all players are in the ballroom and announcements have been made, players may be released for a designated period depending on the anticipated length of the delay.

Upon the resumption of play -- Trump Doral Staff will release players by group to an Optimist Golf Shuttle to take back on the course. PLAYER IS NOT TO GO WITH PARENT/GUARDIAN. Lunch will be available for a fee if time allows during evacuation.
If any of the above rules/regulations are violated, carts privilege's will be lost.
