Spectrum Business has release a new link to qualify locations for fiber service in legacy TWC, Charter & Brighthouse territories (see links below).
1) Qualify the location using this link-
Enter the customers address and
i
f the location comes back as
ON-NET
and/or
Autobuild
then it qualifies for fiber
services
at the new rates
. W
e can
then
go ahead and
place the
order
for
service without
a site
survey!
If
the address
come
s
back with any other results
than On-Net or Autobuild,
then
we will have to submit a request for a site survey
like
we
currently
do now.
2) Quote the Service-
Spectrum now
is offering
25
x
25
F
iber Internet
for $399 per month
with a
36 month term
agreement. Now is
a great time to move existing COAX customers to fiber. Some customer
may
currently paying that much for 50
x
5 COAX so
look to
qualify those locations and
upgrade
them
to
fiber!
3) Complete the paperwork below, have customer sign, and submit it to us. As simple as that!!
