Spectrum Enterprise is proud to announce the upcoming launch of two new tools: Universal Order Connect (UOC) Marketplace and Order Insights (OI). By constantly thinking ahead, we're able to look for and pursue the best approach to enhance the client experience. We believe these two new tools will elevate your experience in a number of ways and provide benefits within the launch of UOC Marketplace and OI.

What is changing and how does it elevate your client experience?
  • UOC Marketplace provides a scalable solution to streamline the order management process to submit your Access Service Requests (ASRs) with Spectrum Enterprise in an electronic manner.
  • UOC Marketplace will provide near real-time updates based on a pre-defined set of milestones.
  • OI will allow clients to self-serve and secure near real-time updates on an enhanced set of milestones to understand their order status.
  • Clients will have the capability to create, save and manage search criteria to easily export a list of orders to a file.
To help you plan, the initial launch is projected for mid-November 2022, with subsequent enhancements projected to occur through January 2023. Additional launch updates and training opportunities will be provided well in advance, while specific time frames are being determined.
