Andreaci began his career in January, 1980, at Resorts International in Atlantic City, where he gained early experience in one of the industry’s most formative casino markets. He has accumulated more than 45 years of gaming experience, including 33 years in Asia, where he played pivotal roles in the development, opening, and operation of some of the region’s most successful integrated resorts. His expertise spans casino project development, operational audits, international marketing, AML services, VIP program design, and large‑scale gaming operations management.
Andreaci’s career includes senior executive roles with Las Vegas Sands, where he helped open the Sands Macao and The Venetian Macao and contributed to the development and planning of Marina Bay Sands Singapore. During his seven‑year tenure, he served as a lead turnkey executive overseeing gaming development, project planning, design, and day‑to‑day casino operations across multiple major properties.
He later served as Senior Vice President of Gaming and Executive Vice President at Solaire Resort and Casino in Manila, where he established all gaming-related departments and oversaw the full design and development of the casino. Andreaci also held a key leadership role at Galaxy Entertainment Group, where he directed strategic planning, design, recruitment, training, and operational implementation across table games, slots, marketing, and finance.
