Independence360 is launching a Volunteer Work Experience Program that gives adults the opportunity to participate in meaningful roles in the community while gaining hands-on experience. Through a variety of volunteer placements, participants explore interests, build confidence, and discover new possibilities for the future.

FA360 Students Wins Award at GSFF

Last month at the Garden State Film Festival, FilmAcademy360 student Jacob achieved something truly incredible. His film The Earbud not only screened, but also won an award for Voices of Neurodiversity in Cinema.

Dear Spectrum360 Community,

As we close out Autism Acceptance Month, it's a time to reflect on what this month really means. It means moving beyond just awareness of autism to fostering true belonging and full participation in schools, workplaces, and communities. It means recognizing the unique strengths and perspectives of autistic individuals, and highlighting the need for proper services and support for them and their families.

At Spectrum360, we remain committed to this every day through our programming, advocacy, and support. For 63 years we have stood by these principles, and we will continue to do so as we build and plan for the future.
