Spectrum360 Sponsors D3Day Event for National Disability Pride Month

Spectrum360 is proud to sponsor the upcoming Disability Dream & Do (D3Day) event with the Jersey Shore BlueClaws on July 19—a special day celebrating inclusion, empowerment, and the love of baseball for individuals with disabilities.

D3Day offers individuals with disabilities a free, pro-style baseball experience in an inclusive and fully adaptive environment. Participants will connect with athletes, rotate through fun skill stations, and most importantly—feel seen, valued, and celebrated.

Graduation Day!

Graduation is a cherished tradition at our Lower and Upper Schools, and this past week we were thrilled to witness so many students reach this important milestone. Congratulations to our graduates, their families, and the districts whose support helped make this achievement possible. Congratulations to our graduates!

This year, we are proud to honor the legacy of Michael A. Conley—a devoted parent, passionate advocate, and true friend of Spectrum360—at our annual Fore the Kids Golf & Tennis Tournament.

Mike wasn’t just a Spectrum360 parent—he was the heart and driving force behind this event. As the founder and longtime chair of the tournament, Mike dedicated more than a decade to ensuring its success. From securing sponsors to lending his time, talent, and unwavering support, Mike helped grow the tournament into a major source of funding for our programs.

Thanks to his leadership and commitment, Fore the Kids has raised over $1.2 million to support the students and adults of Spectrum360.

Though we lost Mike in January, his spirit continues to inspire us. At this year’s event, we celebrate his remarkable legacy of generosity, advocacy, and love.

Join us in honoring Mike on September 8 at the Fore the Kids Golf & Tennis Tournament. Register, sponsor, or donate at: golf.spectrum360.org.

Dear Spectrum360 Community,

As we approach the end of our fiscal year, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible progress we’ve made together.

This year has been marked by meaningful achievements—across programs, people, and partnerships. From staff members being honored with numerous awards, to our growing voice in thought leadership spaces, we’ve demonstrated the strength and depth of our team. Key leadership hirings and promotions across the organization have kept us aligned with our strategic plan and positioned us for continued growth.

We’ve expanded partnerships with educational institutions, employers, and community organizations—all of which are helping us build new pathways for the individuals we serve.

As we prepare for the year ahead, we are energized by the opportunities before us—new initiatives, new collaborations, and new platforms to showcase the outstanding work happening every day at Spectrum360.

Thank you for being part of our mission and momentum. Together, we are shaping futures and strengthening lives.

Warmly,

Ken Berger, CEO

David Diianni presented as part of a Thought Leader panel with Children's Specialized Hospital at the Inclusive Healthy Communities (IHC) Cohort Gathering hosted by the New Jersey Division of Disability Services on June 10 at Rutgers University!

As a proud cohort partner on this impactful grant, our team at FilmAcademy360 produced the first responder training videos—a central component of the initiative to promote inclusion and safety for individuals with disabilities.
