Hall of Fame was an Incredible Success!



This year’s Hall of Fame Dinner was a meaningful celebration of the accomplishments and impact of Stephen Waters, Vito A. Gagliardi, and Rob and Joanne Bothe, whose dedication has helped strengthen the Spectrum360 community.

During the evening, the honorees shared personal stories that highlighted the importance of Spectrum360’s mission. Coach Waters reflected on his decades of work with students and how they poured joy into his heart and shaped him into a better person. Vito spoke about how his work in the courtroom with the special needs population has been influenced by being a father, giving him a deep understanding of the challenges faced by staff, students, and families. Rob and Joanne described how the opportunities provided by Spectrum360 helped their son grow, explore, and discover his own path. For each honoree, Spectrum360 has become a true second family.

Through the collective support surrounding the event, more than $250,000 was raised, directly benefiting programs and services for students and adult participants. These funds play a vital role in advancing Spectrum360’s mission and expanding meaningful opportunities across our community.

Upper School uses Data to Strengthen Student Skills



Last school year, Academy360 Upper School piloted Let’s Go Learn benchmark assessments in math and reading. The results were encouraging—students showed measurable growth from September to June, including full grade-level increases in reading. These assessments gave teachers a clearer picture of where students were succeeding and where they needed more support [Story]

Spectrum360 is excited to introduce our new Academy360 Parent Engagement Events, created to foster meaningful connection, collaboration, and mutual support within our parent and caregiver community.

These events will continue throughout the year at locations convenient for families and play an important role in our strategic plan to strengthen community engagement.
