Brazilian Style Churrasco

Wednesday, September 25, 2019 11:30am- 1:30pm $17 per person (Sorry, no employee discounts) Richmond Room at the Heilman Dining Center It's a new year and we have new menus. For our first event and as promised, Chef Betzhold presents Brazilian Churrasco. A lot of this meal will be cooked fresh on the grill, so we have to use the Richmond Room. Which unfortunately means there will absolutely be limited seating . The Richmond Room only seats 120. It will be first come, first serve and I will start a waiting list. For the large groups, please only reserve for confirmed attendees and keep me updated. You guys have been very good at letting me know when you need a reservation change.

Seasonal Greens with Creamy Salsa Verde Marinated Vegetables Salmon Collar Fraldinha- Beef Skirt Steak Linguica Sausage

Served with Chimichurri, Capsicum Salsa Creamy Aji Verde Sauce Pickled Onions and Jalapeno

From the Grills: Abacaxi- Grilled Pineapple Yukon Gold Potatoes Sweet Potatoes Broccoli with Asparagus, Red and Yellow Peppers

Finish your meal with Flan de Queso with Dulche de Lecho Mousse Tres Leches Cake Chili Pot de Creme
