May the Blessed Sacrament Be Exposed on Good Friday?

The Triduum (Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday through Easter Sunday) are the holiest days of the year. (A bigger deal than Christmas even.)

So why is the Church so adamant that we cannot have adoration on Good Friday? Wouldn't this be a good time for extra prayer and devotion?

Why is the Mass so different on Good Friday?

Because it isn't actually a mass. What happens on Good Friday is...
