In life, we are often given different roles to play. These roles can be significant in shaping our identity and contributing to the betterment of society. Rosemary, the president of Spirit of Hope Council, has found herself in a unique position where she has taken on the responsibility of leading her church through a challenging period.

Just about 11 months Rosemary received news that the pastor would be resigning. This news came at a difficult time, right around the Christmas season. Rosemary quickly had to navigate the challenges of finding others who could assist her in organizing and conducting the worship services. For 10 months, she has been tirelessly working to recruit volunteers and coordinate efforts to ensure the church remains afloat during the interim period.

The task of finding volunteers and coordinating services has presented numerous challenges. It requires a delicate balance of managing various opinions while making informed decisions that prioritize the well-being and growth of the church. Rosemary's steadfast commitment to serving her community and providing spiritual guidance has not gone unnoticed.

On behalf of the congregation at Spirit of Hope, I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Rosemary for her remarkable leadership and unwavering dedication. Her top priority is ensuring the spiritual well-being of her congregation. We understand her difficulty in juggling multiple roles and taking on the additional responsibility of handling two services each week.

It is truly remarkable to witness Rosemary's dedication and selflessness in her role. Her unwavering commitment to her responsibilities and her dedication to ensuring that Spirit of Hope remains a vibrant community deserving of gratitude.

In conclusion, Rosemary's role as the president of Spirit of Hope Council has not been easy, but she has embraced it with grace and determination. Her efforts in finding volunteers, coordinating services, and guiding her congregation through this trying time deserve our heartfelt appreciation. We are thankful for her leadership, her unwavering commitment to the church, and the positive impact she has made on its well-being.

Thank you, Rosemary, for playing the many roles that you are taking on, and for leading us through this challenging time. Your unwavering dedication and selflessness are truly commendable.

Women's Thursday Afternoon Bible Study

The Thursday Women’s Bible Study is held on Thursdays at 1:00 PM in the church classroom. It will be starting tomorrow, September 5th.  Bring your July and August Gather Magazine.



New members are always welcome as together we grow in God’s GRACE and LOVE.

Lord, guide all who are struggling this week with health, loss and grief. Help us be angels that shine the Light of Christ upon them giving encouragement as they need. Amen
