Have you taken a look at the manger up front at the altar? Take a look and see the wisemen coming forward to the manger to see the baby Jesus.

We need helpers on January 11th, Wednesday at 9:00 am to help take down the Christmas decorations.

Annual Meeting!

Our annual congregation meeting will be Feb 5, 2023. Mark your calendars!

We are accepting nominations for anyone who would be interested in serving on the Congregation Council.

It is a 3-year commitment with monthly meetings on the 1^st or 2nd Thursday of the month. Each Council member is a liaison to one of the ministry teams. Council members must be a 9-month resident with a desire to serve the Church community.

There are 4 spots to be filled this year. The congregation will vote on the nominations at the annual meeting in February. If you are interested in serving, please send a very brief bio to the Church via email

(Admin@spiritofhopelutheran.com) or place it in an envelope and leave it on the desk in the Church office.

We pray for those church members who are struggling with many health issues this week and especially with all Covid, colds and flu cases.

Prayers for safe travels for Pastor Tony and Mike and Debbie Snyder as they travel in the Holy Land these next two weeks.

Lord, guide all who are struggling this week with loss and grief during the holidays. Help us be angels that shine the Light oi Christ upon them giving encouragement as they need. Amen
