This image is a photo of the art piece "Blessed Mother & Christ Child" by Tesfamichael Yohannes. It is one of over 500 pieces produced since 2015 by inmates of the Spiritan-ministered Arba Minch Prison in Ethiopia. The art program, founded by Fr. Paddy Moran, C.S.Sp., aims to instill a sense of dignity and self-expression in the participants.
Let there be Peace on Earth, and let it begin with us
As we pray for peace on Earth this Christmas Season, we are reminded of the violence that continues in Ukraine. The Polish Province of the Spiritans is continuing to provide aid to refugees and those on the ground in Ukraine.
