Sometimes the closest model for a project is an ocean away! That's why Tabot Eneme and Bridget Burke were in the UK recently to observe traffic operations and collect data from our client's London site to be used to support transportation solutions for a similar proposed development in NYC.

Welcome to Sam Schwartz

Jeffrey L’Amoreaux, PE has joined the team as a Senior Associate based in the New Jersey office. Formerly a Senior Traffic Engineer at Arora Associates and Mercer County, Jeffrey is an experienced traffic engineering systems designer and transportation planner whose projects have included the innovative design of Pennsylvania’s first modern roundabout and numerous Complete Streets projects.


Jeffrey holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware (UD), has presented repeatedly at the Penn State Transportation Engineering and Safety Conference, and has lectured at both UD and DVRPC. A Rand McNally road atlas studier since age seven, Jeff enjoys travel near and far, cooks, plays the trombone, and is a fan of the podcast 99% Invisible and the essayist David Sedaris.

Jesse McGowan, AICP has joined the firm as an Associate in the New Jersey office. As a Transportation Planning Coordinator for the Montgomery County (MD) Planning Department, Jesse led Vision Zero and transit planning, coordinated safety efforts with state and local government, and managed a transit plan to prioritize investments along the I-270 corridor.


Jesse holds a Master of City and Regional Planning from UNC-Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Visual Art from Brown University. Her passion for transportation and urban planning stems from cross-country cycling tours she completed in 2008 and 2011 with Bike & Build, a nonprofit organization that leads bicycle trips to raise funds for affordable housing.

Ambrasia Warner has joined the team as an Outreach Liaison based in the Chicago office. Previously, as a CDOT S.A.F.E. Ambassador, Ambrasia developed new approaches to community engagement, produced educational materials, including audiovisual content, and engaged a wide range of groups throughout Chicago on traffic and pedestrian safety.


Ambrasia holds a BA in Applied Mathematics from Northeastern Illinois University, loves cycling, and has been in the city for the past ten years.

Carolina Carrillo has joined the firm as an Outreach Liaison based in the Chicago office. Previously, as a CDOT S.A.F.E. Ambassador, Carolina educated the public on transportation safety by creating content such as flyers and videos for social media, attending events, facilitating presentations, and assisting individuals of various ages in learning how to ride a bike.


Carolina holds a BS in Business from DePaul University. Carolina has played soccer since the age of 3 and loves to bake.
