How to Network During the Virtual ATCA Annual:
The platform that ATCA is using to host this year’s Virtual ATCA Annual has several tools to help you network at the event. Completing and using your Virtual Profile is key to success!
In Your Virtual Profile You Can:

  1. Review your virtual business card (vCard) your registration information should have already pre-populated your profile information. We encourage you to review and update as needed. You may provide your vCard to anyone attending ATCA Annual. Your vCard would be added to their virtual briefcase (virtual version of a conference bag) which saves all the information, documents, vCards, etc. that you gather during the event and can download later.
  2. Send/receive text chat messages to/from anyone registered and logged into ATCA Annual. Within your profile you can search for companies or names of participants and send them a chat to make contact and network.
  3. Send/receive email messages to/from anyone registered for ATCA Annual. Within your profile you can search for companies or names of registered participants and send them an email to make contact and network. This is all confidential through the event platform and no contact info or email information is shared.

Please review the USER GUIDE for more details on these networking opportunities and why setting up and using your profile will help you network and connect!
