Dear SHPE,

We are excited to announce that the sponsorship opportunities are now available for the SHPE 2025 National Convention in Philadelphia. This 4-day event with 15,000 attendees expected is your organization's best chance to recruit leading talent in STEM.

To ensure fairness, we offer our sponsorship opportunities on a first-come, first-served basis. We invite you to review the 2025 National Convention Prospectus detailing the many opportunities available for sponsorship and engagement at this year's event.

If you would like to secure an á la carte opportunity, we will begin taking commitments on Tuesday, February 25, at 2:00 PM EST! Please ensure that you have filled out all of the requested information on the commitment form and be sure to send us all of pages 45-51.

STEP #1

Review the sponsorship opportunities brochure and select the options that you wish to support.

STEP #2

Download the commitment form, select your opportunities, and complete the requested information.

STEP #3

On Tuesday, February 25, at 2pm ET, submit the completed commitment form (pages 45-51).

If you experience any technical difficulties, please email partnerships@shpe.org with the commitment form attached, and we will honor the timestamp of your email as your official submission time.
