SPAA Electronic Voucher
´╗┐Approval Process

As part of the SPAA reorganization process, we have moved the voucher approval process away from the G&C Specialist managing and placed the responsibility with SPAA management in addition to some key support staff reporting to Michael Howell.

This table summaries each voucher type routed to SPAA along with the responsible party in charge of approving the request.

The changes allow us to standardize the approval process, confirm justification meets uniform guidance and ensure proper documentation was included.

Happy Administrative Professionals Day!
SPAA Management Team would like to thank and acknowledge the hard work that UT Research Administrative support staff located both on campus and within SPAA provided to the UT Research Community this past year.

Our office and others within the Research Community would not have managed without your commitment, support and hard work. Dealing with COVID added another layer of complexity to our everyday tasks and we so proud of how each of you adapted to our new normal.

Administrative Professionals Day is April 21, 2021.

Happy Administrative Professionals Day!
We cannot thank you enough for all you do.
