The Racing and Gaming Conference at Saratoga (RGCS) is returning to the Saratoga Hilton (August 11-13), attracting attendees from both the gaming and horse racing industries. We are pleased to announce that a variety of sponsorship opportunities are now available for this year’s event. Click here to view the sponsorship opportunities.

The RGCS has prepared an intensive agenda featuring industry experts discussing the challenges and critical issues facing the racing and gaming industries. The panels will include a mix of academics, elected officials, lawyers, regulators, gaming operators and racing patrons.

This year’s conference will include:

Three sessions on the afternoon of Monday, August 11
Six panels on Tuesday, August 12
Three panels on the morning of Wednesday, August 13
Association of Racing Commissioners co-location. (The Model Rules Committee is open to the public; the board meeting is invite-only.)
Monday evening Welcome Party at the incomparable Adelphi Hotel
Twilight Racing Happy Hour at the Hilton on Tuesday
A Day at the Races at the Saratoga Race Course on Wednesday afternoon

Registration is now open! Early-bird rates are available for those who register before June 30. Additionally, a group room block is available at the Saratoga Hilton. Attendees are strongly encouraged to book early to secure their accommodations. As usual, the event coincides with the iconic summer Thoroughbred racing season at Saratoga Race Course, making it a must-attend event for both racing and gaming professionals.
