Special Education: Basic Rights: A presentation by Tina James, ESQ.
Join attorney Tina James as she presents a virtual seminar on the basic rights in education law, including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the applicable state provisions.
She will also cover exactly what is meant by a free and appropriate public education, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), Evaluations, Re-evaluations, compensatory education, and implementing basic rights in education when schools are closed.

Preschool Reading Program
1000 Books Before Kindergarten
This is a year-round program
for preschool children.
Please register your child online

You may begin recording books online right away. Parents will need to continue recording books read on the paper log forms in order to claim your prizes
at the library.
Prizes are earned for every 25 books read and a free book may be selected
for every 100 books read!

  • Borrowed items may be returned at the circulation desk. Only the drive-up book drop is open 24/7.

  • Wifi will still be available for use in your car in our parking lot.

  • Books may be placed on hold from other open libraries. Our delivery service has resumed.

  • Family Book Bags may still be requested for multiple family members but will be selected by the Children's Department staff.

  • Summer programs will be offered in person unless noted otherwise.
