I really enjoyed this book. It's a bit different from the usual mystery novel, and it was nice to encounter the supernatural in a form other than vampires or werewolves.
Plus, a German Shepherd in the story always scores points with me.

It was a perfect weekend read.

What a fascinating book about swimming, from Olympic swimmers to open water swimmers to the unexpected health benefits of swimming -- I learned so much.
Locations include Iceland, Afghanistan, San Francisco, Japan, and more.
It’s an exploration of why we love the water, and it’s a really enjoyable read.
