NEW! Schedule for Area Managers & Coaches

Area Managers and Coaches should plan to arrive in Nashville on Saturday, May 4th. Their time together will begin with a reception and team building event from 5pm-8pm Saturday night. On Sunday morning, the group will come together again for session from 9am-12pm before general session kicks off after lunch. Start times are subject to change.

Heart of a Champion & "Of the Year" Nominations Are Open

Heart of a Champion Award Overview

Having the Heart of a Champion as we deliver our Mission Statement is what defines us and separates Sport Clips Team Members from the competition, so this is a very special award. The Heart of a Champion award is open to any individual in the system, including Stylists, Managers, Coordinators, Coaches, Team Leaders, Area Developers, and Support Team Members.

"Of the Year" Overview

Nominees are evaluated in quantitative and qualitative areas:

Quantitative – “Of the Year” nominees are ranked in each of the outlined categories for their Award. Then their ranking numbers in each category are added together. The finalist is the person with the overall lowest score (highest ranking) in the outlined categories.
Qualitative – Nominees are evaluated by essays submitted by their nominators as well as other sources.
