It's Football Season and You can Get in the Game!

Is your organization ready to play wheelchair football recreationally, but not sure where to start? Move United has created Guidelines for Community-Based Play to increase overall accessibility for the sport to organizations and athletes who want to incorporate wheelchair football into their programming, but may not have the space or resources to compete in a regulation USA Wheelchair Football League game. These guidelines ensure groups have the knowledge and guidance to provide a safely structured opportunity for anyone to get on the field and get in the game.

Meet Move United

Dave Simonson

Development Director

Dave Simonson began with Move United in 2010 and focuses on development and sponsor relations. He has worked in both the nonprofit and private sectors, and also served for eight years in the U.S. Air Force. He has been involved in adaptive sports for more than fifteen years. Dave’s favorite sports are cycling and avoiding yard work. Learn More about Dave and his passion for adaptive sports.
