Spotlight on Mental Health
At the end of January, people across Canada joined in conversations promoting mental health awareness as part of the Bell Let’s Talk initiative.

In conjunction, Game Plan hosted Bell Let’s Talk sessions for athletes and coaches on January 29 and 30 in Saskatoon and Regina. During the sessions, Game Plan Advisor Lisa Hoffart provided Saskatchewan coaches and athletes with tools and strategies to enhance and prioritize their own mental health and wellness.

Thank you to everyone who attended!
