New to the Bookstore
In honor of Women's History Month, the bookstore is selling small batch, fair trade certified, Organic Coffee grown on women-owned farms.
Cafe Femenino was born out of a grassroots movement to give women farmers the credit they deserve and the voice they need to build a better future. The brand is founded on a first-of-its-kind ethical sourcing model that pays women farmers directly for their beans. This ensures that women get their fair share, improving the quality of coffee and the quality of life for coffee producers. By purchasing Cafe Femenino products you will be supporting ethical sourcing and sustainable development of coffee communities.
What a great way to support Women's History Month and enjoy a terrific cup of coffee!

Reel Spirit Movie

In the Sanctuary
While her house undergoes repairs, fiercely independent senior Helen (Academy Award winner Ellen Burstyn) reluctantly moves into a nearby retirement community - just temporarily. Once at Pine Grove Senior Community, she encounters feisty widows, cutthroat bridge tournaments, and a group of bullying "mean girls" that reminds her of high school and has her yearning to go home. But somewhere between flower arranging and water aerobics Helen discovers that it's never too late to make new friends and perhaps even find new love. A heartwarming and humorous look at life's second act, Queen Bees is inspired by a true story also starring James Caan, Ann-Margret, Jane Curtin, Christopher Lloyd, and Loretta Devine. (trailer)
