Fall 2023 Keys to Quality Conference

Join us at the Fall 2023 Keys to Quality Conference for Child Care Providers and Early Childhood Professionals! Our keynote presentation, Addressing Chronic Stress in the Workplace, by Cassie Gillespie, LICSW, will shed light on the impact of chronic stress and secondary trauma exposure in the workplace. Fall 2023 Leadership Summit

Join us on a journey to make bad habits less desirable and good habits more attractive. Together, we explore the "habit loop" and delve into our mindset around personal habits to understand why we repeat behaviors we want to change. True habit change is identity change, and we investigate our identities together. Leave this session with helpful tools to interrupt negative habits and practice positive ones, leading to a more mindful and joyful life. Bring a notebook for personal reflection and get ready for a fun-filled scavenger hunt to conclude our time together, sharing stories and connecting with each other!
