SAQ and Strength

(Fall 2024)

This 10 week program is designed to improve Speed, Agility, and Quickness through a combination of drills and exercises that focus on developing basketball-specific strength, power, and explosiveness.

 

About the Program:

The purpose of this program is to improve an individual's ability to move quickly and change direction with precision and control, as well a, prevent injuries associated with basketball and the female athlete triad (knee/ ACL injuries).

 

This program involves assessing each athlete, weekly training sessions led by experienced strength and conditioning coaches, and exposure to training equipment only found in Professional sport settings.
