IMPACT 211's Resource Database Curators collect information on a range of specialized health care providers. In the past twelve months, our Community Resource Specialists offered clients 6,441 referrals to nearly 250 types of health care services.

IMPACT Connect

Community health improves when everyone's basic social and health needs are met. IMPACT Connect provides the framework for multi-level partners across social service sectors to coordinate care so that people have better access to the vital resources they need. We work collectively to design interventions that address the root causes of poor health and improve Southeast Wisconsin’s overall well-being.

Healthcare Collaborative Against Sex Trafficking (HCAST)

The Healthcare Collaborative Against Sex Trafficking includes health care providers, community service agencies, and survivors working to promote sustainable improvements in health equity for individuals impacted by sex trafficking. Co-convened by Medical College of WI, Children's Hospital of WI, and Convergence Resource Center, HCAST partners are committed to an inclusive and wholistic approach that empowers survivor voices and fosters the accessibility of ethical, comprehensive, and trauma-informed health care.

Policy & Practice Recommendations The health care needs of patients impacted by sex trafficking are unique and complex. HCAST promotes evidence-based recommendations for organizational policy, health care treatment, and referral guidelines that facilitate access to comprehensive and trauma-informed services.

Educational Resources HCAST is an information hub for healthcare providers and systems that care for patients impacted by sex trafficking.

Community Resources Organizations in Milwaukee that provide specific services to survivors of sexual exploitation are searchable via the IMPACT 211 online resource database.

Other Health-related Partnerships & Collaborations

Milwaukee Enrollment Network co-convened by the Milwaukee Health Care Partnership and Covering Wisconsin, provides referrals to apply for health insurance.

Versiti Community Advisory Board formerly the Blood Center of Wisconsin, Versiti aims to increase specific Ro blood donations to help those with Sickle Cell Anemia.

Waukesha County Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) as a member of the Substance Use Action Team to address the housing needs of individuals in recovery.

Waukesha County Heroin Task Force

Wisconsin Addiction Recovery Helpline,is available 24/7 to locate substance use treatment and recovery services. Operated by 211 Wisconsin and the network of 211 contact centers and sponsored by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.
