Attorney Richard J. Florino, Jr. joined TKCK in November 2010. Richard previously worked in-house for Zurich Insurance Group (Kenner, Engelberg, Bratcher and Whalen) as a Senior Trial Attorney from 2003 to 2010, handling complex workers’ compensation cases. Prior to Zurich, he worked as staff counsel for Sentry Insurance Group and CNA Insurance Company. He has over 40 years of experience in workers’ compensation, tort, bad faith and insurance coverage, and is admitted in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
