I hope you had a safe Easter Holiday and were able to reach out to friends and family amid all the need to isolate and maintain physical distancing.
I am writing to you today to explain a change in my business structure due to the influence of this Covid-19 virus.
As with many other small businesses, this situation is very difficult and unparalleled in its complexity. It demands that huge changes will have to be made to every business going forward. My business is no exception, especially when the industry is essentially shut down.
Accordingly, I have decided that my first step in restructuring the business is to reduce the footprint we currently occupy and attempt to consolidate into one unit. This means we will not offer art classes in the future when things return to some semblance of normalcy, and I must reduce my inventory as soon as possible accordingly ..
