Wellness Now: Your Oasis in a Hectic Day
Celebrate Valentine's Day with Metta Meditation. “ Metta ” is a Pali word that means universal loving-kindness, compassion and goodwill. Also known as "Loving-Kindness Meditation," it represents an all-encompassing, unconditional love and a sincere desire for the happiness and well-being of others.
Remember: When there is love in our hearts, there will be love in the world; when there is peace in our hearts, there will be peace in the world. Practice Metta Meditation often, cherishing all living beings with a boundless heart, radiating kindness throughout the world. A brief version of Metta Meditation appears below.
