Promoting Biblical Literacy!

UPCOMING BIBLICAL LITERACY EVENT

You are invited to join us on Saturday, September 23rd, from 12-4 P.M. at the Ettrick-Matoaca Public Library in Petersburg, VA for the upcoming AIBL event: "Planning, Celebrating, and Remembering the Legacy." This meeting will focus on promoting biblical literacy in homes, churches, communities, and schools. Attendees and community members will be provided with various learning resources to clarify 1st Amendment guidelines for students and teachers in public education. The event is intended for individuals passionate about expanding their knowledge and understanding of the Hebrew Bible and for those willing to share this information with others.

This meeting will emphasize past AIBL successes, appreciation for AIBL team participation, and AIBL plans for future endeavors. Additionally, the event will recognize the scholars who have enrolled in online courses to strengthen their biblical literacy skills. Adult participants will receive achievement awards for successfully completing ten lessons, while our public school student, eighth grader, Ms. Sahirah Askew, will receive a certificate of recognition, along with her parents, for promoting a quality education that includes biblical literacy.

We cordially invite all persons born in September to attend this meeting to celebrate your birthday with us as we focus on "Remembering the Legacy!" We kindly request that you respond to this notice if you plan to attend, so that we may better prepare the luncheon and resource materials. Thank you for your prayers, and we look forward to seeing you at the next AIBL event!
