Consumer Complaints and Reviews Highlight COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Frustrations
Better Business Briefing Reflects Current & Ongoing Difficulties
The International Association of Better Business Bureaus released the
first issue of Better Business Briefing this month, which paints a high-level picture of how businesses across North America are feeling the effects of COVID-19 (coronavirus).
This new data collected from bbb.org shows that Better Business Bureaus across North America are experiencing a surge of reviews and complaints related to COVID-19.
According to the data - which you can view by clicking
here or on the image accompanying this article - 10 percent of consumer complaints and 9 percent of reviews received
every day are COVID-19 related. Of the nearly 7,000 such complaints and reviews filed in March 2020, 422 were filed against businesses in the New York / New Jersey region.

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation, we as business leaders are called upon to redouble our efforts to operate with trust, accountability, and integrity. New data from the new
