2020 certainly was a year like no other. A global pandemic yielded some unprecedented challenges that, unfortunately, changed some people’s lives forever.
Dover Federal Credit Union is more than a few buildings that keep your money safe. We are more than the local financial institution that gives you a loan. Dover Federal is your financial partner that exists to help you get there, wherever that may be. Helping you get there is not a slogan that we solely put on a poster and take for granted; we consider it a great honor to help you achieve your financial goals and dreams, whether it be restoring your credit score, starting your business, or buying your dream home.
Over the past 12 months, we have done our very best to “help you” through this period of uncertainty. From loan deferments to emergency loans, we have been fortunate enough to provide unusual solutions in response to the unusual challenges that you have faced.
One bright point of the pandemic has been the evolution of our digital channel. With branches closing and the world as we knew it changing at a rapid pace, we focused our resources on transforming our digital presence to meet your banking needs.
