It's been a minute since my last newsletter. I apologize for the extra long delay. These past couple of years have been nothing short of crazy in so many ways, but I don't have to tell you that.
The real estate market in Bellingham continues to trend upwards.
The demand for housing is insane as illustrated by this NPR & Moody's Analytics report of overpriced housing markets - Bellingham is ranked 19th in the nation.
