Today kicks off the start of the Spring 2023 Finance Boot Camp! A small cohort of entrepreneurs will begin their 5-week journey of learning more about financial strategies needed to operate and grow a successful business. By the end of this program, this cohort will have covered multiple financial topics such as accounting fundamentals, building a financial model, cash flow, budgeting, financial forecasting, and more! 
MORE ABOUT THE FINANCE BOOT CAMP:

The Finance Boot Camp is a 5-week crash course held semi-annually and is geared towards entrepreneurs with business ideas and start-up businesses who have not fully developed the financial foundation for their business. Upon completing this course, participants will gain the financial knowledge needed to start and operate their businesses confidently.

Cultural Meal Events: Experience Africa
April 14th – June 9th
Neighbors Cafe hopes to provide opportunities to the immigrant community in the food industry. There are so many barriers to new Americans, especially as entrepreneurs, their goal is to eliminate as many barriers as they can by providing a space and a way for them to start.
Another goal of Neighbors Cafe is to build awareness of cultures around the world, and bridges between those cultures and Lancaster County natives.

Climate Summit
April 22nd
Organizations and businesses around Lancaster County will celebrate Earth Day by sharing their expertise and services at the first-ever Lancaster County Climate Summit. The event, organized by climate-concerned citizens and action nonprofit RegenAll, will take place in venues across Lancaster City, each with its own thematic focus on the challenge of climate change.

Race Against Racism
April 29th | 9 AM
Be part of the biggest and longest consecutively run Race Against Racism in the nation!

Join your community to name the need, unite with your friends, neighbors, and coworkers, and create change. A 5K race cannot end racism but naming the need is vital, and every step we take together makes a difference. We will keep running until injustice is rooted out; institutions are transformed, and the world sees women, girls, and people of color as we do: Equal, Powerful, Unstoppable.
