We hope you had a fantastic winter break. We're excited to welcome you back to campus soon. Please take a moment to review this email, as it contains essential details about returning to campus for Spring 2025.

Moving Onto Campus for Spring 2025


If you are returning from abroad, CES, etc., and Spring 2025 is the first time you’ll live on campus for the 2024-25 academic year, please review the check-in time frames below and plan accordingly. Check-in will occur at the Office of Residence Life and Housing located at the rear of Angelou Hall.


Friday, January 10: 9 AM - 5 PM

Saturday, January 11: 11 AM - 3 PM


All arrivals after this period must submit a late arrival form.


Those approved as part of an early arrival group for Spring 2025 have received confirmation from our office via email. You will report to the Office of Residence Life and Housing on your approved check-in date between the hours of 9 AM - 5 PM to check-in.

Returning for Spring 2025


If you are returning to your Fall 2024 housing for the Spring 2025 semester, please review the dates below regarding when your access will begin. Card access will begin at 9 a.m. on each date.


Unless noted below or communicated to you individually, we are unable to facilitate additional early arrival requests for the spring semester, so please plan accordingly.


Tuesday, January 7: Current Sorority Members and Potential New Members (participating in Sorority Recruitment)

  • Those approved as part of an early arrival group for Spring 2025 have received confirmation from our office via email.


Saturday, January 11: All On-Campus Students 


Note: There will be extended wait times for students who are locked out during opening, so please be sure that you remember your room key and student ID.


If you have lost your key, please submit a lock recore request. If you know you left your key in your room, you do NOT need to submit a lock recore request. You can pick up your replacement key at our office during business hours upon your return.


The Deacon One Card office will be open from 11 AM to 3 PM on Saturday, January 11, for students who need a replacement student ID.
