With tomorrow marking the close of our 2024 year-end cycle though, we want to turn our focus to supporting you in 2025 and make sure you're on track with small business matters happening in the next few months.

BIENNIAL REPORTING | DUE APRIL 1, 2025



Domestic Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) and Professional Limited Liability Companies (PLCCs) biennial reports are due to the Nebraska Secretary of State by April 1st of every year that ends in an odd number.  

If your annual/biennial report is not timely filed with the Secretary of State, your company will be administratively dissolved or have its authority administratively revoked.

CORPORATE MINUTES



All corporations (LLCs) need to hold, and document, an annual shareholder(s) meeting. You can hold more meetings, if needed, but one per year is the minimum requirement. Documentation of this meeting is referred to as 'minutes'. Learn more
