Dear Scholar,

We want to let you know that your scholarship payment for this term is delayed, but don’t worry.  

To strengthen our internal security protocols, we are requiring all Partner Colleges to go through a one-time process to verify their bank account with ISTS. This process is taking time, and we are working hard to speed this up as much as possible!

In the meantime, bookmark our new resource where you can track where your payment is via the EVR Submission Tracking Sheet. We want you to stay informed and understand that it can take about a month from the time we receive your Partner College’s Enrollment Verification Report (EVR) to ISTS sending the funds to your college. It will then take additional time for your campus to post the funds to your student account. 

Your Partner College should also be reaching out to you with updates on your funds and ensuring your classes do not get dropped in the meantime. If you have any questions about how this works on your campus, you should reach out to your Scholar Advisor using our PC Directory (password: collegedream).
