The Public Utilities Commission and Division have finalized the Procedural Schedule for Rate Application Docket #26-10FR. The deadline to file as a formal intervener is next week, this is not a deadline for written comment from the general public, that period will remain open. The Commission and Division have set the date for the Public Hearing, which will take place on Wednesday, 9/2. Please note there is an error in the listed address of the Public Hearing, it will be taking place at the Prudence Island Improvement Association building at 0620 Narragansett Ave, Prudence Island.
