Registration will take place online on the Milford Baseball website at: www.MilfordMAYouthBaseball.org, or by completing and returning the attached form - 2024 Milford Baseball Registration Form.
Note on Family Discounts: Our new registration provider does not allow us the option to implement the Max Family Discount on our online registration. If you surpass the Maximum $450 per family fee, we recommend either mailing in your registrations, or directly contacting us at milford.baseball@yahoo.com.
