Email is hard. When I send these out, I have idealistic visions of each one of you eagerly clicking on this newsletter, hanging on every word that pours out of my fingers. Each item I cover will promptly be filed into your brain and recalled at just the proper time you need it. Realistically, I understand that you may be sitting at Sonic skimming this email while lamenting your choice to add cheese to those tots, but you don't want to push that red button and make them change your order. This email may accidentally or quite deliberately be archived or deleted, but you may need something in this email at a future date. Have no fear, you are now covered. These newsletters now have a home on the MV site so you can look back at them when it's more convenient for you, or you have a vague memory of something about something we once wrote in one of these emails. Spring Meeting

Our Annual Meeting is nearly upon us and we would love it if you would join us for all or part of the festivities. Clicking the above link will take you to the event page for more information. Please spread the word among your staff and officials. Some of the exciting in-person activities include:

• Stroke and Turn / Starter, and Referee / AO clinics

• In Water Skills and CPR for Coaches (nominal fee, limited space)

• House of Delegates Meeting - we will be approving new board members, voting on legislation, and approving the 2024-2025 short course meet schedule

• A social for all delegates and athlete reps at Chicken N Pickle in North Kansas City. Missouri Valley will provide come light snacks and we have reserved two pickleball courts. Stop by for some socializing and mild competition.

Our Coaches Meeting and Board of Directors meetings will be online through Zoom. These meetings are open to anyone wishing to attend. Access to the board meeting is given to anyone requesting access through the form on the Board Meeting event page, as always. The link to the Coaches Meeting is below.

Proposed Short Course Meet Schedule '24-'25

This meet schedule will be approved at our House of Delegates meeting on April 6. Please take a look to make sure your club's meets are accurately submitted. We have multiple bids for Senior Championships and Age Group Championships, so these clubs will present their bids at the Coaches Meeting next Thursday evening.
