Cooking is a great activity to share with children because it helps to prepare them for later life whilst being enjoyable. After much success with our Kids/Teens Cooking Basics series, we have decided to continue the COOK LA After School Program for
4 - Fridays from 4p-6:30p starting April 12th.
These are 4 week classes & menus will change ever month.
Our new after school program will begin taking Young Chefs through the process of learning all there is to know to make a great meal for themselves and others.
Week 1 Getting started in the kitchen
Week 2 Emphasis on Knife Skills & Safety
Week 3 Basic Sauces and Stocks
Week 4 Healthy Baking
