Special Notices & Reminders
For details on events, meetings and more, visit our website, SunCrestOA.com
Our Spring Clean Up is happening next week! Beginning Monday, April 20th, we'll have four dumpsters available to you, located just up the hill from The Ridge. They will be available until the are full or until April 23rd. Please remember to adhere to all the rules and expectations for the dumpsters, failure to do so will result in the discontinuing of this opportunity.

Additionally, we would love your help in cleaning up the parks, trails and open spaces around the neighborhood. On Monday, head out to your favorite trail or park for some fresh air and take a trash bag with you and keep an eye out for any trash. Help keep our community beautiful!
SunCrest Senior Week
As many of you already know, Governor Herbert has stated that students will not be returning to school for the remainder of the year, and unfortunately, that means the Class of 2020 will be missing out on many of the traditions of dances, proms, and graduation.

We want to recognize the Seniors of SunCrest with our Senior Week! Submit 4-5 pictures of your graduate, along with a message or words of encouragement and we'll post them on our Facebook page during that week! Whether they are graduating from high school or college, we want to give them the recognition they deserve! Click the link below for more details!

Stay tuned for even more activities we'll be including in our Senior Week!

Help Clean Up The Community!
Is Your Home Firewise?
Wildfire preparation increases the potential that homes will survive wildfire. By preparing homes and property ahead of time, we can better protect our homes, investment, surrounding area and families. If each of us does our part, we can collectively create a safer environment. Draper City, along with fire officials have compiled several very helpful documents to help you prepare your home and property for a wildfire in our community. We highly encourage you to review this information and take the appropriate steps to ensure your home is prepared.

Non-Disturb Areas
With spring finally here, we know many of you will be working on improving the landscaping around your home. First, be sure to submit an Architectural Improvement Application before you begin any work around your home. Second, if you are looking to remove any scrub oak or other natural vegetation around your home, please check plat maps and verify lot lines with the city, as those areas may be included in Non-Disturb land, which prohibits you from removing any trees or vegetation. Should you have further questions, feel free to reach out to Aimee Toner via the information below.
