Registration Helper Hours Today and Tomorrow

Any member interested in learning to register for courses using our online catalog is invited to Registration Helper Hours. Registration Helper Hours allow members to drop by for online registration assistance from member-volunteers.

Registering online is the fastest way to get the courses you want. Our Helper Hours will take place in Room A of the SOU Campbell Center:

• Monday, December 9, 10 a.m.–1 p.m.
• Tuesday, December 10, 11 a.m.–1 p.m.

Final Call for Spring Course Proposals!

You have one more week to turn in course proposals for OLLI at SOU Spring 2025! The course proposal form closes at midnight on Sunday, December 15.

Nature. Movement. Literature. History. Hands-on art. STEM. Those are a few of OLLI member's favorite course categories. Teach a topic that directly helps members with their life planning or bring your foreign language and culture experiences to the spring catalog. Share your knowledge with over 1700 lifelong learners!

Open Registration Begins!

Winter Open Registration begins Monday, December 9! Add as many courses as you'd like from among the dozens of courses that have available spaces. Click here for the online catalog.

Remember that Open Registration is first-come, first-served. Registering online is the quickest way to get into the classes you want. See our Open Registration guide for more info.

Changed your mind about taking a course? Just email the OLLI office at olli@sou.edu with "DROP" in the subject line and include your name and the title of the course(s).

Save the Date: OLLI at SOU Volunteer Faire!

OLLI at SOU will be having our first ever Volunteer Faire on Tuesday, January 14, from 2–4 p.m. at the Campbell Center. This event is open to all members who are interested in learning more about volunteering with OLLI at SOU. We will have informational booths in rooms D and E, as well as multiple soups for a taste-test competition!

The Volunteer Faire is being organized by our Leadership Development, and Recruitment Committee, with support from our wonderful Events Team. Come enjoy some soup and learn about volunteering with OLLI!
