Spring is a great time for list making and we suggest jotting down some of your favorite foods. Maybe a "spring mix" is your go-to for greens in a salad, or how about baby artichokes, new potatoes, fresh berries, and/or mint (all spring seasonals).
Bottom line-- take it from the experts. Eating healthfully doesn't have to be complicated. Choose nutritious foods that have vitamins, minerals, fiber and other nutrients. Choose what you enjoy!
