It's finally starting to look like spring, with dogwoods, daffodils, and dandelions all in bloom! Things are blooming at Hilltop Farm too, with several exciting events coming up...
"Monster" Tag Sale and Flea Market
Saturday, May 19 from 9am till 3pm

Where else can you visit 50 different tag sales, crafters, and vendors at a single location?
Make plans now to join The Friends of the Farm at Hilltop, Inc. for a community tag sale in front of Suffield's "Monster" barn on Saturday, May 19, with gates opening at 9 am. Rain date is Sunday, May 20.
Hilltop Farm is a GREAT place for a tag sale! Our big white barn is located at 1616 Mapleton Ave., on Rte. 159 in Suffield, CT, just south of the MA border. There is easy access from Agawam, Windsor Locks, and Enfield, plus there is plenty of free parking.
The event really will be a "Monster" with a good mix of crafters, entrepreneurs, and tag sales. Folks will be selling antiques and rustic decor, books, jewelry, fashion accessories, and personal care products. There will also be lots of crafters selling their handmade products, we even have a chainsaw carver! Last, but certainly not least, this is a tag sale so there will be plenty of household items for sale.
Tonka trucks will be out in our big sand pile to entertain the kids and we expect to set up a scavenger hunt for them as well. JLM Knockout Dogs and Nana's Ice Cream will have their trucks at Hilltop for visitors who are looking to grab lunch or a snack.

5th Annual Bald Eagle Golf Outing
at  Suffield Country Club on Sunday, June 24th

Make plans now to join The Friends of the Farm at Hilltop (FOFAH) for our fifth annual Bald Eagle Golf Outing on Sunday, June 24.

The event, to be held at the Suffield Country Club, is a major fundraiser for FOFAH. Proceeds will be used to pay for structural improvements to make it possible for the historic dairy barn to be open and accessible for public events.

Registration and lunch for the 18-hole scramble format golf outing will begin at 11:30 am followed by a 1:00 pm shotgun start. Golf will be followed by a reception and dinner at the Suffield Country Club's Sunset Tavern around 6:00 pm.

For a $200 donation, each player will receive lunch, golf, reception, and dinner. There are also Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsorship levels available. Non-golfers who are interested in coming only for the reception and dinner are also welcome. Dinner-only tickets are $50 each.
