Arhatic Yoga Meditations are powerful meditations that rapidly and safely accelerate the spiritual development of the practitioner. "Arhatic" derives from the word "arhat", which means "a highly evolved being." An Arhat is one who through diligent practice of yogic techniques and purposeful character building has overcome the impurities of desire and will. Please arrive by 8:45AM for energy purifying physical and breathing exercises. We will then begin our meditation at 9:00AM or shortly thereafter which will include one of Master Choa Kok Sui's guided Arhatic Meditations. Following the meditation there will be time for those who wish to ask questions and/or share experiences. Click here for more information |
Pranic Healer's Certification Program
Pranic Applications along with Pranic Healing of San Diego is pleased to announce the Pranic Healer's Certification Program. The primary goal of this program is to provide in-depth training not only in the Pranic Healing principles, but also the practical healing skills leading to an internationally accepted certification established by Master Choa Kok Sui through the Institute of Inner Studies in Manila.
The purpose of this training is to cultivate confidence, proficiency and a high standard of Pranic Healing skills. There are several levels of Pranic Healer's Certification, each level requiring higher proficiency and skill training.
The Associate Certified Pranic Healer, the first level is comprised of three steps:
1. The completion of Pranic Healing, Level I (Basic), Pranic Healing, Level II (Advanced Pranic Healing), and Pranic Healing, Level III (Pranic Psychotherapy)
2. The completion of 25 Pranic Healing cases: 10 simple cases, 10 advanced cases and 5 pranic psychotherapy cases, all supervised and validated by a Mentor.
3. Completion of a comprehensive book exam.
If you are interested in becoming an Associate Pranic Healer, and achieving a higher degree of confidence and proficiency in your healing, then this program is for you. As a result you become a member of an internationally recognized and accepted group of certified Pranic Healers.

Greetings!
It is the beginning of another beautiful spring. This is the best time to reset our intentions, shed our past, and give ourselves a fresh start. Something beautiful from within is waiting to burst forward. Perhaps it is a promise we made to ourselves long ago that is about to be born.
In preparing for this new creative Spring of 2019, what do we need to let go? Start by cleaning out the clutter that surrounds us physically, emotionally or mentally. Cleaning is a sacred act that affects future outcomes. We unconsciously know this when observing spring cleaning practices throughout human history.
Create small changes in daily routines, i.e. rearrange a furniture piece, add a new plant in your home or garden, drive a new route to work, utilize a new type of meditation, change morning rituals as you prepare for the day. Any of these tiny changes opens new doors to fresh incoming energies for inner seeds waiting to be born.
Here at Pranic Healing of San Diego, we welcome Spring with a new round of Pranic Healing classes offered in April and June. Pranic Healing, Level I (Basics) is scheduled on April 6th and 7th, Pranic Healing, Level II (Advanced Pranic Healing with Colors) is scheduled on June 7th and 8th, and Pranic Healing, Level III (Pranic Psychotherapy) is scheduled on June 8th and 9th. If you have wished to take these classes in the past, but were unable to do so, now is the time to take the opportunity of learning this wonderful healing system so brilliantly created by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui.
Our Pranic Healing of San Diego on-line store has been launched. Featured are a unique selection of Pranic Healing oriented accessories including crystal pebbles and extractors, chakra man/woman posters for long distance or self-healings, healing oils, candles of Divine Virtues, Kriyashakti envelopes, purification sprays and prayer shawls.
Healing Energies and Research Technologies, Inc (HEART) has been approved both at the state and federal levels as a Not-For-Profit 501(c)(3). HEART encompasses all our operations at the Healing Center including Pranic Healing of San Diego, Pranic Applications, and Psy-Tek Labs. As a result, it can now accept monies from grants, donations, and tithes that are tax deductible. In addition, you may specify where you wish your donations or tithes be applied.
We invite you to our monthly free Pranic Healing clinics at our center in Encinitas and at Questhaven Retreat in San Marcos. In addition, we have our Pranic Healing Certification Program for healers who wish to become certified Pranic Healers, our monthly Pranic Healing Study Group, our weekly Arhatic Meditations and bi-weekly Twin Hearts Meditations. So, our center is extremely active this spring.
We would love you to join us, whether in classes, clinics, study groups or meditation. You will experience firsthand the breadth and depth of Master Choa Kok Sui's teachings as well as gain knowledge and skills in the application of Pranic Healing to yourself and others.

Both theory and practice are provided, preparing students to confidently interact with subtle energy to promote health and well being.
Students will learn foundational skills in scanning and clearing the aura of blockages, and methods of applying prana to promote physical and psychological well-being.
They will also learn self-care strategies, long distance applications, energetic anatomy, specific applications for common physical/emotional distresses and recent research findings.

MCKS Twin Hearts Meditation

 Meditation on Twin Hearts is an advanced meditation technique aimed at achieving illumination or universal consciousness. It is also an instrument of world and community service that eventually harmonizes the earth by blessing it with loving-kindness, peace, joy and goodwill.
Please arrive by 6:45 PM for a brief introduction. Promptly at 7:00 PM, the doors will be shut and we will begin with some light physical exercises. Master Choa Kok Sui will guide us in blessing the earth with the Meditation on Twin Hearts which lasts about 30-45 minutes. The evening is free, love donations are gratefully accepted. Following the meditation there will be time for those who wish to ask questions and/or share their experiences.

Mary Clark is a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist and Licensed Educational Psychologist in the state of California, and a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Arizona. She has always been interested in the metaphysical and esoteric aspects of spirituality. She discovered Pranic Healing and studied under Master Choa Kok Sui (the founder of Pranic Healing) for many years. Along the way, she became a Senior Certified Pranic Healer and a Licensed Pranic Healing instructor. She was commissioned by Master Choa to create Pranic Applications LLC, an organization focused on bringing Pranic Healing to licensed health professionals. In addition, she is Coordinator of the Pranic Healing Certification Program for Pranic Applications and mentors many students. She has practiced and taught Pranic Healing for over twenty years, conducts free Pranic Healing clinics, student study groups and Arhatic Yoga Meditations. In addition, she is owner of Psy-Tek Labs created to assess subtle energy fields. She conducts research on the effects of Pranic Healing on the human bio-field of clients as well as Pranic Healers. She maintains both a private practice and a healing practice in Encinitas, California.
