The Thomas Edison State University/New Jersey State Library Women's Professional Network (WPN) is pleased to present the Women's History Month Celebration/Story of Success featuring Statewide Multicultural Diversity Leadership Officer at the Center for Family Services Dr. June DePonte Sernak. She has consulted widely on cultural competence, planning and implementation, and brings a wealth of business, education and nonprofit experience to her endeavors. Sernak is also the second woman of color and the first person of Indigenous descent to serve as the chair of the Board of Directors at the Alice Paul Institute.
