Fossil Creek Mountain Bike Trails-Open Trail Ride
March 26 at 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

NRH Parks and Recreation will host an Open Trail Ride at the Fossil Creek Mountain Bike Trails, 6101 South Onyx Drive, on Saturday, March 26, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The Mountain Bike Trails include approximately 5 miles of trails, a trailhead kiosk and a small parking lot. Fossil Creek Mountain Bike Trails are a great beginner/intermediate experience for riders of all ages and a great trail for continuing to work on the technical skills of mountain biking for more advanced riders.

Mayor's Monthly Bike Ride
April 5 at 6:00 p.m. beginning at the NRH Centre

We are Rollin' through '22! Join Mayor Oscar Trevino on the monthly ‘Round the Town with Oscar family-friendly bike rides. It is a great opportunity to get outdoors, meet new people, be active and ride through Nature Right Here! Helmets are required for the rides.
The first ride of 2022 will be on Tuesday, April 5 at 6:00 p.m. and begin and end at the NRH Centre, 6000 Hawk Avenue. Each Mayor's Bike Ride will leave from a different location.

NRH Pop Up Easter Egg Hunts
April 13 at 6:00 p.m., April 14 at 6:00 p.m., & April 15 at 2:00 p.m.

For 2022 The NRH Bunny is going on an Egg-cellent adventure throughout several NRH Parks!
POP UP EGG HUNTS are coming to multiple NRH Parks on Wednesday, April 13 at 6 p.m., Thursday, April 14 at 6 p.m., and on Friday, April 15 at 2 p.m. with exact locations announced the day of the hunts!
Pop Up Egg Hunts will be in two parks on Wednesday, April 13, two on Thursday, April 14 and two on Friday, April 15.
Keep an eye out for filled eggs for you to grab and go. Kids, have your baskets ready and check Social Media and the City's website for the locations! Park names will be announced a few hours before each hunt.
As an Egg-stra Treat, each park on the POP UP Egg Hunt tour will have 1 Bunny Prize Egg! So, check your eggs for special instructions.

2022 Sounds of Spring Concerts

2022 NRH Sounds of Spring Concerts being in April! Everyone can enjoy 5 Friday nights of live music from outstanding musicians for FREE this spring! Plan to join us April 22 through May 20, and bring your friends and family out for fun, great music and relaxation under the stars at the NRH City Hall Plaza, 4301 City Point Drive.
Admission is free and parking is free. Free take-it, make-it goodie bags will be available at each concert for the younger music fans in attendance. Food will be available for purchase from a variety of food trucks, or you are welcome to bring your own picnic and beverages, but please no glass containers. Gates open at 6 p.m. and the shows start at 7 p.m.

NRH Senior Center Health Fair
May 25 at 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

What better way to celebrate National Senior Health & Fitness Day than attending the NRH Senior Center Health Fair. The fair will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 from 10:00am – 1:00pm in the Grand Hall at NRH Centre (6000 Hawk Ave.) All vendors will offer a healthy lifestyle component at their booths including health screenings, will/trusts & estate planning, vision and Hearing screenings and more!
